Shadow Floating is a method used to beautifully mount artwork onto a foam core using Artcare™ Restore™, a fully archival and reversible mount. The result is the artwork appearing to float securely upon a backing mount board - creating a wonderful shadow. Our top recommendation when framing artwork with deckled edges (hand-torn).

Float Mounting is a method used to beautifully mount artwork directly onto a backing mount board. The result is the artwork sitting upon a backing mount board with a 3cm distance between the inside of the frame profile and the edge of the paper (Our top recommendation when framing artwork with deckled edges ‘beautifully hand-torn’).

    Details

‘Search’ continues in Simon C Page’s exploration of cult films. For this one he has looked to the Sci-Fi classic Star Trek by presenting one of the best-known characters Spock. The actor who played Spock in the television series Leonard Nemoy sadly passed away this year, making this print a fitting tribute to his character. Simon C Page’s great experience in the field of graphic design is clearly evident in his fine art prints. London based Page has honed his elegant and uncluttered aesthetic, with a reductive style that draws influence from Swiss and Bauhaus design but injects some pop colours.
