Beau Stanton

Beau Stanton is a multi-disciplinary artist and leading name in Street Art in the USA. He is originally from California where he studied illustration at Laguna College of Art and Design until he later relocated to New York after graduating in 2008 where he then lives in Red Hook, Brooklyn in which the local nautical history inspired much of his work.

Beau Stanton’s works can be seen in the form of paintings, murals, large scale installations, stained class and multimedia animations. Stanton’s works are heavily influenced by historic ornamentation, religious iconography and classical painting as well as showing a keen interest in visual symbols and Jungian archetypes. His works have recently been shown in 12th century crypt, on the Berlin Wall, a Fiat 500 as well as galleries internationally. We are delighted to stock works from Beau Stanton here at artrepublic.
