All unframed prints are hand-rolled and shipped in a postal tube.
We offer a pick up service from our studio in North West London during working hours 10-5pm, Monday to Friday. Our customer support team will follow up via email with updates of when the artwork can be collected, which can be up to 10 working days for unframed and 21 for framed prints.
There is a £9.50 fee to deliver framed artworks, as this is conducted by a third party courier service. To ensure your framed artwork arrives with you in pristine condition, it will be delivered with a courier service - please note framed deliveries take place once a week, date depending on their route. Please note we cannot accommodate framed orders outside the UK.
For an additional charge, you can have your artwork shipped flat packed. This is advisable for hand-finished artworks, or those that have ‘diamond dust’, 'gold leaf', ‘glitter’ or a ‘screenprinted glaze’. We also advise flat packing more expensive screenprints, and artworks you intend you store for more than a couple of weeks before framing.

We aim to ship unframed prints within 10 working days of receiving your order but sometimes, it may take longer. We’ll keep you informed by email on the progress of your order.
Where items are unique, hand finished or made to order, there may be a longer lead time on your purchase and we will contact you if this is the case.
Custom framed artworks are usually shipped within 21 working days of receiving your order, but sometimes might take longer. You will be contacted by our courier service to arrange delivery.
We'll also keep you up to date via email on the progress of your order. If you have an account, you can also log in and track the progress of your order.

If you're shipping internationally, please bear in mind that you may be liable for import duties and VAT.
Artworks are usually subject to import VAT at a reduced rate. Check with your local tax authority for more details. Import taxes are collected by the shipping company at the time the package clears customs. Art Republic is not involved in calculating or collecting import taxes.

In the unlikely event you wish to return your artwork, if you're in the UK and your artwork is unframed, please contact hello@artrepublic.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork. Please include your order number, the reason for your return and whether you would prefer to exchange or receive a refund.
If you’re not in the UK, or your artwork is not unframed, please contact hello@artrepublic.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork. Please include your order number, the reason for your return and whether you would prefer to exchange or receive a refund.
It is essential that you return the artwork to us in perfect condition as otherwise we will be unable to resell the artwork on behalf of our artist. If the artwork is damaged when it reaches us, we will be unable to refund you. Please contact hello@artrepublic.com if you have any questions about how to pack your artwork for return.
Our returns policy excludes artworks that are made to order, such as artwork that has been custom framed, timed releases or commissioned artworks. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you need any help, please contact us at hello@artrepublic.com.
