This is the latest in Peter Blake’s ‘Found Art’ series. Based on the Pop Art concept of using everyday objects and turning them into art, Peter Blake transforms found ephemera rather than commercial objects into fine art.

By enlarging these objects Peter Blake is encouraging the viewer to appreciate the beauty of their design, their fragility and their textural quality. To achieve this level of detail he uses the latest digital technology - enabling him to blow an object up to 50 times its normal size, and allowing us to view it from a completely new perspective and top see every frayed fibre/surface feature.
