This is a beautiful giclee limited edition reproduction of an original 1933 woodcut by Blanche Lazzell. She used French watercolour pigments, and by rubbing the sheet of paper against the painted block the grain of the wood was retained and combined into the image with the pattern echoing the shape of the waves at the edge of the water.
