This is an amazing 7-colour screenprint finished with a varnish layer signed by the artist and in an edition of just 100. 

Taken from a painting entitled 'Manhattan' part of a series produced for Radiohead's album 'Hail to the Thief'. These paintings were based on the idea of urban real estate filled with words gleaned from both the lyrics to that record and the streets of Los Angeles.

About Stanley Donwood

Stanley Donwood’s mischievous and playful designs are mostly recognised from the album covers he has produced for the band Radiohead. He met Thom Yorke the lead singer of Radiohead at university and has recently produced the artwork for the cover of his solo Album ‘Eraser’. Donwood likes to explore and question, society, sexuality, war, conformity and politics in his art.
