Alex Dipple talks to Candid Magazine and explains the motivations behind her amazingly detailed works and why she chooses to use the very small details of newspapers. Alex’s unusual works are created through a painstaking manual process of cutting symbols and punctuation from newspapers and documents and arranging them together to make amazing collages. These include Chihuahua Puppy created from the boarders around adverts in the Friday Ad and Stars created from 100’s of stars collected from all sorts of newspapers and magazines.
