In his last ever TV interview, the late Ken Russell talks to the legendary Sir Peter Blake.

11 January 2012

Here, over an intimate discussion, in what seems like catching up with an old friend, Russell talks to Sir Peter about life, their careers and about their childhoods, whilst also reflecting upon the heady days of London in the 1960’s.

In what was originally scheduled for January, this interview was brought forward as a tribute to award-winning British director Ken Russell, who died aged 84 last December. Filmed in August, this turned out to be Russell’s final TV interview.
