Free Delivery Worldwide!
We are pleased to inform you that, at present, the vast majority of prints and frames purchased directly through the checkout on our website have FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE. (Please note frames are currently available to mainland UK and Northern Ireland customers only). Items marked POA or Collection Only, which are available from our Brighton or London galleries, are excluded from free delivery.
We do however reserve the right to charge for handling, packaging and delivery if the total amount received through the checkout is reduced for any reason after checkout is complete and your order is confirmed.
artrepublic.com provides a fast and efficient despatch service. All orders are sent from the UK. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent either by Royal Mail (minimum First Class) or by courier. Overseas orders are sent AIR MAIL or courier using our tough postal tubes. Limited editions, rare prints and frames will also require a signature on arrival.
Our orders are despatched Monday to Friday and we aim to despatch the vast majority within 3 to 4 days (custom framed orders are usually despatched within 14 days). If your print is delayed by more than 3 days we will inform you of the expected despatch date via email. You can then choose to either wait a little longer for delivery, accept a refund (excludes custom framing, please see below) or pick an alternative item from our stock.
artrepublic.com will replace all damaged goods. However you MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from artrepublic. Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Poilcy.
Other returns (except framing, please see below)
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, artrepublic.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days.
You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
Contracts can be concluded electronically, and the time at which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the times at which your order (and artrepublic.com's acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it).
Our framing returns policy
If you choose to add a bespoke frame to any print on our website, (as described in our hand-crafted framing section), including choosing a custom framing option for a print or a framed print for collection only from one of our galleries, these combined prints and frames are items made-to-order and therefore the right to withdraw from the contract within seven working days under the European Distance Selling Directive is not applicable. This right is also not applicable to any other made-to-order (bespoke) item at artrepublic.com.
Please note: This Returns Policy applies to items purchased through the checkout at artrepublic.com only, items purchased by any other method (including at our high street galleries) are likely to have a different policy, please ask for details when making your purchase.
