How to Order on artrepublic.com

Ordering from artrepublic.com is quick and easy. Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase, simply click on the Add to Basket icon. Your basket will then appear at the bottom of the page and will remain with you as you move around the site. You can then add any further prints or frames you might like to purchase. 

To add more than one of the same item to your basket, simply click ‘Add to Basket’ again. To remove an item from your basket, click the icon that appears on your chosen image, within the basket.

When you have chosen all the items you require and you are ready to have your order processed, click ‘Checkout’ button within your Basket.  

Using our Super Fast Checkout

We have designed our checkout to make completing your order as quick, easy and secure as possible.  Simply enter your billing and delivery details including your payment card number and click to complete your order.

Currency Conversion

artrepublic.com prices all its products in pounds sterling, Euros and US$. To change currency, simply choose the preferred currency symbol below the ‘Add to Basket’ button, when you view an item.  To see the equivalent price in other currencies simply click on the Currency Converter link next to the price. A new window will open with the price of the currently selected item automatically inputted. Choose the currency you wish to convert to from the drop down list. 

VAT/Sales Tax 

If you would like an itemised VAT receipt, please email us (including details of your order) and we will be happy to post this to you.

UK Customers

VAT is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. Art prints and picture frames are charged at the standard rate: 17.5%. All prices displayed on artrepublic.com are inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate. 

EU Customers

artrepublic.com is required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to addresses within the European Union.  For customers with a delivery address within the EU, VAT will be included in the total featured on the order confirmation page and within your e-mail confirmation.  

Customers outside the EU

Orders sent to addresses outside the EU will not be subject to VAT but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges.  Please note artrepublic.com is not responsible for any such additional charges and these must be borne by the customer.

Under HM Revenue & Customs regulations regarding the VAT Retail Export Scheme, any sales by mail order (including internet sales) are exempt.  It is therefore not legally possible to claim back any VAT when purchasing goods from artrepublic.com.
