Eelus is a street artist that combines iconic pop culture imagery, art historical references and elements of graphic design to create vibrant artworks. Each of Eelus’ artworks are full of contradictions: between light and dark, good and evil.

Balancing the opposing forces of vivid colour and stark monochrome, we love how Eelus’ work brings the beautiful and sometimes caustic realities of the world together.

Eelus’ career had an unconventional start. As a child, the artist would sell drawings of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to other pupils in the playground for a small profit. After moving to London from the north of England, Eelus discovered the world of street art. After his art was discovered by Banksy, Eelus’ status as an artist was catapulted to new heights, and his first print sold in record time. His artwork is now exhibited worldwide.
