He beautifully captures the simplicity, elegance and power of this graphic style. Forney works both digitally and with an airbrush, and has been influenced by Joseph Binder, A.M. Cassandre and Abram Games, all of whom used airbrushes in their careers. He draws inspiration from the landscape or architecture of his northern California home. Steve Forney enjoyed art throughout his early life, and after graduating from a degree in political science, decided it was time to follow his passion and take up freelance illustration. He has worked on commercial projects for a range of clients, including Federal Express, Coca-Cola, Sports Illustrated, Carnival Cruise Lines and Mondavi Wines. Browse Prints
