Contrary to belief, Ame72 is an individual artist, not a collective.

AME72 uses an eclectic mix of style, colour and technique as a means to transmit messages and humour towards society's characteristics, reflecting, amongst other things, environmental awareness, economic abundance, consumerism and commercialisation. His influences include New York subway writers from the early 80's, Rolf Harris, Bob Ross, Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. AME72’s preferred medium is spray paint but he has also created intricate sculptures from sand, snow and plastic.

AME72’s earliest artist memory is painting green stick men on his Parent's fence at the age of 3, before a week later moving onto the newly decorated stairs.

Whilst concrete walls and public spaces are his preferred canvas, AME72 has exhibited and sold works in Museums, galleries and auction houses around the world including the MOCA in Beijing China and Bonham’s, UK. Notable pieces include 'Where's the missing peace?' done on the Israeli security wall in Bethlehem, and 'Rooms for rent' completed outside Buckingham Palace in London, which highlighted homelessness in the UK.

His works have gained a diverse following of collectors, from adult Lego fans to Hollywood movie stars, Royalty and the even the discernable collector who prefers to remove works from the street.
