After studying in Indianapolis, Ithaca, Chicago, Edinburgh and London, he settled in New York in 1956. He worked with Andy Warhol on the film 'Eat' (1964) and created a six metre sign reading EAT for The New York State Pavilion during the New York World's Fair.  |
