He started spray painting in 2005 and since then his work has appeared on walls all over the world and as one off works of art. C215 admired classical portraiture from childhood and now creates portraits of people he meets or likes and places them out on the street. His particular interest in creating child portraits was sparked by the experience of having other artists creating portraits of his own daughter. C215 began life writing poetry and working on collaborative art events. They have published illustrated poetry books and organized collective street art exhibitions such as the Secret Japanese Garden project in Paris. The C215 Hall of Fame Blue Nina (Silkscreen Signed Limited Edition of 50) was published by artrepublic and has now sold out.  |
